This course will explore the art of effective communication in corporate and diplomatic settings. We will cover topics such as communication planning, preparation, and execution for both internal and external audiences in various industries. Throughout the course, we will focus on essential themes such as intercultural communication, shared values and responsibilities, strategic communication techniques, and managing risk and crisis communication.

Additionally, we will introduce the world of diplomacy, including bilateral and multilateral aspects. We will focus on the communication tools used to increase a nation's visibility, enhance its reputation, and establish its leadership position in various global groups and organisations.
