Descriptif

This course will cover the use of geometric and topological methods for analyzing data in arbitrary dimensions, including the efficient computation of proximity queries, Delaunay based reconstruction, a variety of clustering methods (agglomerative, hierarchical, mean-shift), and the use of topological descriptors for interpreting and processing high dimensional data.
