Descriptif
FMA_2F002_EP is divided into two parts, the first one more theoretical than and setting the foundations of the second one. The theoretical part covers the fundamentals of topology of normed vector spaces and of topology in finite dimension. The second part, more computational, covers differentiation and integration in several (real) variables.
Analysis FMA_2F002_EP builds on the concepts and techniques introduced in FMA_1F002_EP Introduction to Analysis. In particular, students cover notions in topology.

Vos modalités d'acquisition :
The assessment will consist of three parts:
- A continuous assessment (coursework) based on written short tests and/or homework assignments
- A 90 minutes long written midterm exam
- A 2 hours long written final exam (all closed book)
The final numerical grade will be the maximum between the grade of the final exam and the arithmetic mean of the grade of the coursework and that of the midterm and final exams, resulting on a number ranging from 0 to 100.
It will be converted to the official final letter grade according to a table published by the instructor at the beginning of the course.
