Descriptif

The course presents a broad analysis of economic policy issues, before focusing on the current policy dilemmas faced by the European Monetary Union. 
The first part of the course is devoted to the discussion of economicy policy in general. After a presentation of the general framework of economicy policy, the main issues related to monetary and fiscal policies are covered. The second part of the course is devoted to the discussion of the policy issues related to the EMU.
