PA - C8 - CHI664 : Analytical Chemistry 2

Descriptif

Analytical Chemistry II – Inorganic analysis, classical and modern approaches for environmental sample analysis – method validation

This analytical chemistry second module includes three blocks. The first one is dedicated to inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), this technique being widely used for the analysis of inorganic compounds and metal pollutants. The second one details novel approaches in ultrahigh resolution mass spectrometry; it aims at presenting an overview of the classical approaches routinely used to draw up global chemical description of an environment site, as well as to follow depollution and waste recycling processes. The third block addresses method validation in analytical sciences; it also discuss ethical aspects.
