Descriptif
This course introduces students to current debates and controversies around social inequality, encompassing topics such as the gender pay gap, intergenerational social mobility, neighborhood segregation, or ethnic discrimination on the labor market. The course will confront sociological perspectives on the issues with those from economics, demography, and psychology.
