Descriptif
This course aimed at developing a thorough understanding of business models (BMs) and their evolution in the face of sustainability challenges. The main objective is to provide them with theoretical and practical tools to analyze, design, and adapt business models to changing environments. The course is structured in four progressive parts: a theoretical and historical presentation of business models, an exploration of business model design incorporating sustainability concepts, a critical evaluation of business models, and finally, a practical exercise where students must adapt their business model to a sudden environmental change.
